It is a pleasure to offer Click and Collect at select Aesop signature stores as a swift and convenient alternative to home delivery. To place an order for collection, follow the steps below.

1. Add products to your cart
2. Select in-store collection as your order preference
3. Choose your preferred store
4. Collect your order at the selected store

An efficient means of collection.

Collecting your order

Orders placed before 3pm will be ready for collection within the same day. Orders placed after 3pm may not be ready until the following day. To avoid disappointment, we kindly ask that you wait until you have received an email confirming your order is available to collect before making your way to the store.

Upon collection, you will need to show your order collection email. Should you wish to nominate someone to collect on your behalf, please forward this email to them.
